Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no fuel surcharges — shipping is built into our case pricing.

 

Local delivery (Southwest Michigan): Orders within our Southwest Michigan service corridor — including Kalamazoo, Portage, Battle Creek, and surrounding communities — are delivered free by our own crews, typically within 1-3 business days.

 

Nationwide shipping: Orders outside our local corridor ship via parcel or ground freight and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Large or mixed-case orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

 

Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on business days are processed the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Damaged shipments: Inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours so we can replace items or refund you in full.
