Returns & Refunds

 

We want your facility stocked with the right products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

Standard returns: Unopened, unused cases in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping anything back and we'll arrange the return. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the buyer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large-quantity returns.

 

Damaged or defective items: Inspect your order on arrival and report damage, shortages, or defects within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the affected items or issue a full refund, including any return shipping.

 

Non-returnable items: Opened chemical products, opened glove cases, and other opened hygiene consumables cannot be returned for safety reasons. Special-order and custom items are final sale.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
